A simply gorgeous pair of carnelian earrings from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! These exquisite earrings are made of hand carved carnelian and have an attractive naturalistic design. The carved carnelian plaques have a double gold leaf cap which attaches to fine, open wirework chain with a smoothly polished carnelian bead in the center. Feminine and incredibly beautiful, they look stunning when worn and would make a gorgeous addition to any jewelry collection!
Measurements: The earrings hang 2 3/4" long, are approximately 5/8" across at the widest point and have a depth of 1/8".Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage or chips in the carnelian and the gold earring wires are in good working condition.
