A spectacular rose cut?diamond ring from the Georgian?(ca1830) era! This incredible 18kt gold ring?features a beautiful double halo design comprised?of sparkling old Mine cut and Rose Cut diamonds. The diamonds vary in size, and are hand set in two circular rows that surround a large central stone. The center diamond is an old Mine Cut stone, weighing approximately .70ct and exhibiting a soft, natural champagne color. The surrounding stones weigh approximately 1.20ctw combined, and rest?in raised prong settings with a scalloped design visible?along the sides.?A decorative pillar motif rests decorates?each shoulder, formed by leaf-like accents. A magnificent example of Georgian era jewelry, this outstanding ring?has quite an impressive design?and would look perfect worn on special occasions!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6.5, but could be resized if desired. The circular centerpiece has a 5/8" diameter and?rests approximately 1/4" high when worn.
